Refunds and Exchanges
Here at Lazy Gardens we pride ourselves on providing you with healthy and high-quality plants. We hand-package those plants carefully and with lots of love, but occasionally plants can become damaged on the journey to your door. Rest assured, we are here to make sure you and your plant are happy!
That's why we offer a Stress-Free Shipping Guarantee.
If your plant or arrangement comes to you damaged we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 72 hours as we cannot control how the plant was cared for after it was shipped & delivered healthy.
Please email us at info@lazy-gardens.com and include the following so that we may quickly exchange your item or provide you with a refund for store credit:
- Your order number
- A photo and description of the damaged plant(s)
- A photo of the box it was shipped in

Cancellations
At Lazy Gardens we can cancel your order if we receive your cancellation request before your order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been packed, or shipped, that order unfortunately becomes ineligible for cancellation.
Incomplete/Incorrect Addresses
Please confirm that your order address is complete and correct before checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned to us because of incomplete or incorrect addresses.
To have such packages correctly delivered we may have to charge you for the replacement of plants damaged in transit due to “Return to Sender,” along with a new shipping fee. Packages cannot be resent without us receiving the original package from the courier.

Cold/Hot Weather
If you live somewhere with hot summers or cold winters, we ask you to be cautious with your orders and recommend you use priority mail services to reduce shipping time. Be sure to include a 72 hour heat pack in your order if your temperature is below 40F.
Despite our careful packaging, plants can become damaged by cold temperatures and frost, or extreme heat. Please order at your own risk, Lazy Gardens cannot take responsibility for weather related damage
