We ship Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. It takes 2 to 5 business days to prepare and carefully package your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your label is created.

Typically no, but if you are in a serious jam and need an order sent out right away, send us a message and we'll do everything we can to help.  There will be an additional fee for USPS Priority Express or any overnight service. 

We can cancel your order if we receive your cancellation request before your order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been packed, or shipped, that order unfortunately becomes ineligible for cancellation. 

If your plant or arrangement comes to you damaged we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 72 hours as we cannot control how the plant was cared for after it was shipped & delivered healthy.

Our plant sizes are based on the size of the pots they are grown in. That said, you may notice that some plants may be slightly smaller or larger than the one featured in the photo. Due to the beauty and unpredictability of nature, we can’t guarantee it will be the same size as the featured photo.  

We do our best to ensure our plants appear as closely to their picture, seen on our website. But please keep in mind that our plants are unique, and they range in color, size, blooms and shape- so your plant might not look exactly the same, but it will be happy and healthy!

Your plant will come in its original plastic nursery pot, to allow for the best transition into their new home.
