HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE
Christmas Shipping Order Cutoff is 12/14 at 11:59pm PST. We reccomend using priority mail service to avoid potential delays.
We will not be shipping any orders between 12/20/22 to 1/2/23 to give our team time to enjoy the holidays with their families and avoid shipping delays due to the holidays and cold weather. Shipping will resume 1/3/23 with a fulfilment delay of 5-7 days in addition to current processing times. We will ship your orders as soon as possible when we are back from holiday. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order has shipped.
We ask that you please do not email us about your order status during this time to avoid further delays for our small team.
We pride ourselves on providing you with healthy, high-quality plants. We carefully hand-package your plants with lots of love, but sometimes they can be damaged on their journey to your door. Rest assured, we are here to make sure you and your plants are happy! If your plant or arrangement arrives damaged, we ask that you email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of your plants.
We work hard to make sure our orders ship out on time! We ship Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. We appreciate your patience as it takes 1 to 3 business days to prepare and carefully package your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your label is created.
We take the time to ensure all of our plants are packaged with love and care. We hand-pack each of our plants in their pot dry to ensure they remain happy and healthy during the shipping process. The dry soil helps us keep our plants from rotting or freezing on their journey to your door. This may cause some soil to move around during shipping, you can simply brush it off your plants and add it back to your pot. We include a short plant care guide with your orders so that your new plants are happily introduced to their new home!

If you live somewhere with hot summers or cold winters, we ask you to be cautious with your orders and recommend you use priority mail services to reduce shipping time. Be sure to include a 72 hour heat pack in your order if your temperature is below 40F.
Despite our careful packaging, plants can become damaged by cold temperatures and frost, or extreme heat. Please order at your own risk, Lazy Gardens cannot take responsibility for weather related damage
